Welcome to Aura Blooms. By using our services, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before placing an order.

Services

Aura Blooms provides sculptural floral design services including wedding florals, brand activations, luxury arrangements, installations, and subscriptions. All services are subject to availability and confirmation.

Booking and Deposits

Consultations: Initial design consultations are complimentary and non-binding.

Deposits: Wedding and event bookings require a 50% non-refundable deposit to secure your date. The remaining balance is due 7 days prior to your event.

Cancellations: Cancellations made more than 30 days before the event receive a 50% refund of the deposit. Cancellations within 30 days forfeit the full deposit.

Product Availability

Floral designs are subject to seasonal availability. While we strive to match your vision exactly, blooms may be substituted with similar varieties of equal or greater value if necessary due to availability or quality concerns.

Delivery and Setup

Delivery and setup are included in wedding and event packages. Delivery times are confirmed 48 hours prior to your event. We are not responsible for delays caused by venue access restrictions, weather, or circumstances beyond our control.

Care Instructions

Fresh florals are perishable. We provide care instructions with all deliveries. Aura Blooms is not responsible for floral condition after delivery or for florals exposed to extreme temperatures, neglect, or improper handling.

Photography and Marketing

We may photograph our work for portfolio and marketing purposes. If you prefer your event not be featured, please notify us in writing prior to your event date.

Limitation of Liability

Aura Blooms liability is limited to the amount paid for services. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising from our services.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Toronto, Ontario.
